We are looking for a Junior Support Technician with over 1 year of experience. Responsibilities: \- Resolving IBM Maximo support incidents while ensuring compliance with agreed response times and SLAs. \- Performing standard platform configuration according to business needs. \- Designing and customizing applications using Application Designer. \- Configuring and maintaining workflows. \- Documenting incidents, applied solutions, and implemented changes. \- Collaborating with functional and technical teams on corrective and evolutionary maintenance tasks for the platform. Requirements: \- Basic knowledge / experience with IBM Maximo v7\.6 or MAS9 (Maximo Application Suite 9\). \- Application design (Application Design / Application Designer). \- Workflow configuration. \- Proficiency in standard Maximo configuration. \- Analytical skills and ability to resolve incidents. \- Languages: fluent Spanish and intermediate English (B2 level). Location: Madrid, city center Office attendance: 100% in-person Working hours / intensive schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We’re great — but with you, we’ll be even better!
