At Iberdrola, we are seeking a professional to strengthen our specialized team focused on designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions—contributing to accelerating the company’s digital transformation through advanced data- and AI-based technologies. **What will you do?** You will join the team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics solutions, participating across the full lifecycle of initiatives—from opportunity identification and technical definition through to production deployment and continuous evolution. Your work will be critical in ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value, are scalable, and comply with the company’s established technological and governance standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Development and Implementation of AI Solutions** * Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics solutions—from prototypes to production environments. * Participate in the complete AI solution lifecycle, including use case definition, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and evolution. * Develop solutions based on Machine Learning, Generative AI, intelligent agents, RAG architectures, OCR/IDP, and intelligent automation. **Architecture and Technology Platforms** * Collaborate on designing technical architectures integrating data, models, and applications—ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. * Collaborate with architecture and business teams to design AI-native solutions aligned with corporate needs. * Participate in evaluating and selecting Artificial Intelligence tools, technologies, and platforms—ensuring integration with corporate systems. **Data Engineering and Solution Operations** * Build and maintain reliable, efficient data pipelines—ensuring data quality, availability, and traceability. * Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools to guarantee performance and availability of deployed solutions. * Apply best practices in engineering, automation, versioning, and operations for data and Artificial Intelligence solutions. **Governance, Security, and Innovation** * Ensure security, privacy, and proper handling of data used and generated by AI solutions. * Contribute to compliance with the company’s established Artificial Intelligence governance principles. * Research and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and tools to enhance AI platform capabilities and efficiency. **Business Engagement and Transformation** * Translate business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure correct implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions. * Drive digital transformation initiatives using advanced data and AI technologies. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent STEM disciplines. * Postgraduate education or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related fields is valued. * Knowledge and experience in designing, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics solutions. * Understanding of the full AI solution lifecycle: use case identification, business case, functional and technical design, development, deployment, monitoring, and evolution. * Experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, intelligent agents, RAG, OCR/IDP, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics technologies. * Knowledge of data architectures, data platforms, data products, APIs, and system integration. * Experience developing with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or equivalents. * Familiarity with deployment tools and environments like Kubernetes, SageMaker, or similar technologies. * Experience in data engineering: ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and batch/streaming data processing. * Knowledge of cloud platforms—especially AWS and Azure. * Ability to translate business needs into viable technological solutions, providing technical vision and value-oriented guidance. * Knowledge of best practices in AI solution development, automation, monitoring, and operations. * Understanding of Artificial Intelligence governance, data protection, and information security. * Advanced English (B2\-C1\). **Experience** * 2 to 5 years of experience in dynamic technology environments related to Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, data engineering, or software development. * Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and deploying process automation, advanced analytics, or Artificial Intelligence solutions. * Experience in digital transformation projects and deploying solutions in cloud environments is valued. **What we offer** * Join a global, diverse, and innovative company. * Participate in strategic projects with direct impact on Group financial results. * A collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams across different geographies. * Professional development plans and continuous training. **Our Selection Process** *At Iberdrola, diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential elements of our daily operations.
