We are seeking a Digital Hardware Engineer to participate in high-complexity technology projects within a leading company in defense, advanced electronics, and critical systems development.
The selected candidate will join a specialized team, participating in the design, programming, validation, and documentation of digital hardware equipment. The position requires a cross-functional technical profile, with experience in electronic design, embedded systems, VHDL programming, and laboratory instrumentation.
The project includes collaboration with a Finnish company; therefore, professional use of English in an international environment is required, along with availability for occasional on-site visits.

REQUIREMENTS
**Requirements**
* Industrial Engineering, specialization in Electronics; Telecommunications Engineering; or equivalent degree.
* At least 5 years of experience in digital hardware.
* Experience in schematic capture using Altium, Mentor, or similar tools.
* Knowledge of high-speed routing.
* Experience in C programming for embedded systems.
* Experience in VHDL programming.
* Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation.
* Knowledge of SoC, FPGA, and processors.
* Experience with Xilinx Vivado.
* Knowledge of communication buses: UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and Aurora.
* Knowledge of Boundary Scan and XJTAG.
* Experience in validation and documentation of developed equipment.
* Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with an international company.
* Compliance with requirements necessary for HPS.
* Availability for occasional travel.
