We are seeking a **Migration \& Modernization Lead** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will lead the execution of the cloud transformation program, translating the defined architectural strategy into business-aligned migration and modernization plans. They will be responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring controlled execution in complex environments. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in impactful regional and global projects. **Responsibilities** * Lead application and infrastructure migration and modernization plans * Manage application and technology environment assessments * Define strategies based on the 7R model, including repatriation * Plan and coordinate migration waves * Manage risks, dependencies, and cutover processes * Coordinate testing, rollback plans, and multidisciplinary teams **Requirements** * Proven experience of more than 10 years in infrastructure and transformation projects * Demonstrable experience of more than 5 years leading enterprise cloud migrations * Hands-on experience with Azure Migrate * Experience migrating from data centers to Azure * Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and PaaS services * Experience automating with Terraform, Bicep, or Azure DevOps * Experience managing complex programs involving multiple teams * Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ\-305) * Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ\-104) **Nice to have** * Experience in application modernization * Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification (AZ\-400) * Azure Network Engineer Associate certification (AZ\-700) * Azure Security Engineer Associate certification (AZ\-500) * Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) * Training in Agile or Scrum methodologies * FinOps Certified Practitioner certification **We offer** * • Permanent contract with competitive salary• Flexible work arrangements and remote work options• Personalized career development plan and continuous training• Participation in stable, highly technical projects• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
