Organization and maintenance of common areas At our nationally leading company specializing in renewable energy—and experts in the sale and installation of solar equipment for residential homes—we are looking for a RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. What will be your main responsibilities? Receiving and dispatching parcels. Distribution and uniform compliance monitoring for staff. Customer service, both in-person and via telephone. Administrative document management and archiving. Sending relevant documentation to other departments. Coordinating with laundry services for uniform collection and delivery. Organizing and maintaining meeting rooms or common areas. Controlling facility access. Providing general administrative support. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Strong communication skills and professional appearance. Organized, positive, and proactive individual. Ability to work effectively in a team.
