Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to operate and control machinery in the metal sector, ensuring its proper functioning, preparing materials, and performing basic maintenance. Key Points: 1. Teamwork and versatility We are looking for personnel to work with machinery at a metal-sector company located in Vilanova de la Barca. Main tasks include operating and controlling the assigned machine, ensuring its correct and safe operation. Materials are also prepared, parameters adjusted, and format changes carried out according to production orders. During the shift, the process is supervised to detect failures, stoppages, or defects, correcting them when possible. In addition, basic machine maintenance is performed, and any breakdowns or incidents are reported to the supervisor. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, while complying with established safety protocols, is essential. This is a temporary contract with full-time working hours (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. The schedule is split shift, between 07:00 and 18:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum six months of experience performing similar tasks. * We seek an active individual capable of teamwork and versatility. Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Driver's license and personal vehicle. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
