What will be your mission? **3-month temporary contract** As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas, promoting a positive image of the hotel and attending to guest requests and concerns. What will you have to do? * Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, removing trash, etc. * Change and replenish bed linens, towels, minibar items, and guest amenities as needed and/or according to scheduled frequency. * Prepare assigned rooms according to guests’ special needs and requirements (extra beds, cribs, etc.). * Supply, maintain, and transport the cleaning supply cart daily. * Report to your direct supervisor any maintenance issues or deficiencies detected in rooms/common areas during cleaning and preparation. * Clean assigned common areas of the hotel and maintain order and appearance of furniture in these areas. * Assist other housekeeping team members with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary due to emergencies, incidents, or high demand. * Follow quality management procedures for housekeeping and laundry services. * Perform preventive hygienic-sanitary maintenance tasks. What are we looking for? * At least 6 months of experience in similar roles. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Fluency in the local language and knowledge of English will be valued. * Customer-oriented attitude. * Organizational skills. * Flexibility and reliability. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability to start in June until September.
