Description
A national company experiencing constant growth, with its corporate headquarters located in the province of Lleida and specializing in global B2B business services solutions, is seeking to hire an HR Director.
Reporting directly to the General Management / CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and leading the comprehensive People Management and Organizational Development strategy, aligning talent with the company's growth objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Structure, and Compensation
Design and drive the HR Strategic Plan in coordination with General Management.
Define the organizational structure, job descriptions, and job evaluations.
Establish the company's compensation policy and performance evaluation systems.
Design and implement career development and professional growth plans.
2. Talent Attraction, Selection, and Retention
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across the organization.
Design and implement talent attraction strategies and initiatives to foster employee engagement and continuous team development.
3. Labor Relations and Regulatory Compliance
Provide labor law advisory services and coordinate relations with external labor consultants.
Prepare employment documentation and supervise Labor Inspection files.
Ensure compliance with the Disciplinary Regulations and current labor legislation.
Promote and implement Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity Plans within the organization.
4. Culture, Climate, and Internal Communication
Manage internal communication and act as a facilitator in conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment and safeguard the well-being of employees.
* Experience: 2 years. Minimum 2–3 years of experience performing equivalent responsibilities in overall HR management or departmental leadership.

* Competencies / Knowledge:
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Labor Relations, Work Sciences, Psychology, Law, or related field.
A Master’s or postgraduate specialization in HR Management is desirable.
Sector: Prior experience in corporate services firms, consulting, or project management within a B2B environment will be highly valued.
Technical competencies: Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365, document management) and fluency in digital environments / ERP systems for people management.
