Job Description
Through Ilerwork, we are seeking a Construction Site Manager for a major and prestigious construction company located in the Vall d'Aran (Lleida), specializing in civil and hydraulic engineering projects, among others. The company stands out for employing the most modern systems for calculation, design, development, organization, and planning of construction works, and is characterized by its commitment to quality, adherence to deadlines, and seriousness in executing its projects.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required quality standards.
Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage and allocate work teams.
Manage on-site logistics (materials, safety/protection resources, machinery, and tools).
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the contractor’s management.
Resolve technical and logistical issues arising on site.
Control working hours, costs, and procurement orders.
Guarantee effective communication among all parties involved in the project.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager.
Willingness to work in Lleida, specifically in the Alta Ribagorça and Vall d'Aran areas.
Valid driver’s license (B1\).
Knowledge of construction project management and occupational health and safety regulations.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) certification, including 4 hours of practical training. Preventive resource training is desirable.
12-hour Working at Heights course, including 4 hours of practical training.
12-hour Confined Spaces course, including 4 hours of practical training.
