Job Summary: We are seeking a janitor to secure a building, control access, supervise equipment, receive mail, and lead evacuations during emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in evacuations and emergency assistance We are looking for a person to perform janitorial duties in a building located in Fonsagrada, A. A Basic General Education or ESO qualification will be valued, as well as intermediate-level computer skills. Prior experience in similar positions, as well as knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental matters, will also be considered. Main responsibilities include building security and access control. The candidate will also supervise the proper operation of condominium equipment, receive mail, and, in case of emergencies or incidents, lead evacuations and assist people. A full-time work schedule with a rotating shift pattern is offered: three days per week for one week, followed by four days the next week, always from 11:00 to 22:00\. The contract will be temporary.
