We are looking for a concierge for a community located in Panticosa. The working hours are 30 hours per week, distributed from 9 to 14 hours. Job responsibilities include general cleaning of the community's common areas, as well as attending to property owners in person and by phone. Additionally, the role will involve access control to the community, basic garden maintenance, contacting technicians in case of any breakdowns, and general supervision of the proper functioning of the facilities.
