We are looking for a technical drafting professional with proven AutoCAD experience to join a team in the metal sector. Your work will be pivotal in driving each project forward. You will serve as the link between design and production, ensuring all work is carried out with precision and the highest quality. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed AutoCAD drawings, adapting them to how items are manufactured in the workshop. This means understanding designs, calculating material requirements, planning production timelines, and meeting deadlines. You will also coordinate day-to-day project activities and communicate with the workshop team to ensure drawings are executed correctly. Proposing improvements to production processes will be valued. This position is initially a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will join a close-knit and professional work environment where you can assume responsibilities and see how your work directly impacts production. Exact terms will depend on your experience. We seek a candidate with technical education, prior experience, proactivity, autonomy, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience working as a draftsperson is required, preferably in sectors such as metalworking or locksmithing. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Technical training (Vocational Training, Engineering, or equivalent) and demonstrable experience in project management and production planning are advantageous. Solid knowledge of metallic materials and manufacturing processes, along with strong organizational ability and a results-oriented mindset, are fundamental.
