




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills to manage and optimize logistics operations, supervise fleets, and coordinate with maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage incidents and minimize impact on customers and the supply chain. 2. Provide direct support to drivers and make agile decisions for operational adjustments. 3. Serve as the communication link between operations and maintenance. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities to join our operations team in Pontevedra. The primary objective will be to ensure logistics activities run with maximum efficiency and smoothness. Your responsibilities will include continuous supervision of our vehicle fleet, using GPS tracking systems to ensure compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. Your intervention will be critical to keeping operations running and responding swiftly to any unforeseen situations. Your role will involve incident management, addressing immediately any disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns or delays. You must minimize the impact of these events on our customers and the supply chain. You will also provide direct support to drivers, serving as their point of contact to resolve questions or deliver important information while they are on duty. It will be essential that you can make agile and effective decisions to implement operational adjustments in real time—such as relocating vehicles or modifying routes—if unexpected situations arise. Additionally, you will act as the communication link between the operations and maintenance departments, coordinating efficiently the management of vehicle repairs or maintenance. Prior experience in fast-paced environments requiring rapid response and adaptability will be highly valued. Higher education degree in Logistics and Transport or Business Administration and Management. A Higher Vocational Training Cycle will be considered an asset. Minimum three years of proven experience in the transportation or logistics sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A highly resourceful individual with strong autonomy in making operational decisions, accustomed to dynamic, high-pressure work environments. Ability to execute and monitor daily operations with a focus on efficiency and rapid response to unforeseen events.
