· Ensure quality standards for finished products

· Perform polishing, visual inspection, and deburring tasks on parts

· Inspect defective parts to prevent recurrence

· Support the head chef and assume leadership responsibilities

· Prepare dishes following the Basque culinary style

· Supervise the team, control quality, and manage stock
