We are currently seeking to hire a Plant Controller for our Zizurkil facility — a key role to ensure financial excellence of the operation, collaborate closely with management, and actively contribute to business decision-making. **What will be your mission?** Ensure financial management and plant control by delivering information and analysis that enhance profitability and support decision-making. **What will you do?** * Lead plant controlling activities. * Prepare financial analyses and management dashboards. * Coordinate monthly closings and financial reporting. * Analyze costs, variances, and improvement opportunities. * Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning. * Manage audits, inventories, and investments. * Collaborate with various departments to drive results. * Lead and develop the department’s team of 3 people. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Over 5 years of experience in controlling or industrial finance. * Knowledge of industrial accounting and manufacturing environments. * Advanced level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle is a plus). * Experience with OneStream and US GAAP is desirable. * Analytical profile, results-oriented, with leadership and influencing capabilities. **What do we offer?** * Strategic position with involvement in plant decision-making. * Multinational environment with continuous interaction with international teams. * Active participation in the management committee. * Leadership and development of the accounting team. * Flexibility and work-life balance: o 1,695 annual working hours. o All bridge holidays and Christmas vacations. o Intensive work schedule on Fridays, eve of public holidays, and during July and August. o Approximately 80 hours of discretionary time and 3 personal days. o Remote work possibility, subject to agreement after the probation period. **WHY TRUST BATEA?** * **PROXIMITY**: At Batea, we treat you as we would like to be treated during a selection process.
