The Dutch company Hembrug is a leader in ultra-precision turning solutions and hybrid machines.* **Job Description** ---------------------------- **MISSION:** Lead order fulfillment by coordinating all involved functions and stakeholders (customers, agents, delegations, etc.), ensuring contractual commitments and objectives related to quality, cost, and delivery time are achieved in accordance with Danobat’s defined process standards and leadership style. Perform daily tasks safely and healthily. Safeguard one’s own occupational safety and health, as well as that of colleagues and people in the surrounding environment. Actively participate in all initiatives aimed at improving safety and health. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting cost analyses, technical process analysis, and preparing proposals. * Participate in defining, promoting, selling, and managing solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for the customer. * Lead order fulfillment by coordinating all involved functions and stakeholders. \*\*\* **MISSION:** Lead order fulfillment, through coordination of all involved functions and stakeholders (customers, agents, delegations…), to ensure achievement of contractual commitments and objectives regarding quality, cost, and delivery time, in line with Danobat’s defined process standards and leadership style. Perform daily tasks safely and healthily. Safeguard one’s own occupational safety and health, and that of people in the work environment. Participate in all initiatives contributing to improved safety and health. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for capturing customer needs, performing cost studies, technical process analysis, and preparing proposals. * Participate in defining, promoting, selling, and managing solutions, acting as the main liaison with the customer. * Lead order fulfillment through coordination of all involved functions and stakeholders. **Requirements** -------------- **REQUIRED:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Engineering / Superior Engineering or Master’s degree. * Languages: B2 Basque, C1 English, and German or French. * Demonstrable experience and/or certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM, Master’s, etc.) will be valued. * Dynamic individual with strong communication and customer orientation skills, initiative, and teamwork capability. * Willingness to travel. **OFFERED:** * Professional development in an innovative and international environment. * Working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. * Being part of a customer-centric project where people play a vital role. \*\*\* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Engineering / Superior Engineering or Master’s degree. * Languages: Basque B2, English C1, and German or French. * Demonstrable experience and/or certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM, Master’s, etc.) will be valued. * Dynamic person with communication and customer orientation capabilities.
