Your primary mission will be to provide technical safety judgment and practical safety solutions for daily operations, supporting production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate safety into processes and machinery design. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical safety judgment for daily operations at production facilities. Assess risks associated with machinery, processes, and operations, proposing realistic and implementable technical solutions. Design, implement, and validate safety improvements on equipment and production lines (guards, interlocks, stop systems, etc.). Advise engineering and maintenance teams on machinery design and modifications, ensuring safe measures are integrated from the outset. Coordinate and participate in machinery compliance projects according to technical safety criteria, industrial best practices, and current regulations. Conduct plant safety inspections and follow up on corrective or preventive actions. Train and support area managers and middle management in risk identification and implementation of safe solutions.
