Your main mission will be to provide administrative support by performing tasks related to academic management. Our primary areas of work focus on: * Handling degree certificate requests from Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral students. * Processing academic file requests and issuing certificates. * Managing credit recognition and transfer procedures. * Preparing documentation for Bachelor’s Final Projects and their defenses. * Supporting other academic processes related to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs. #### **Requirements** Do you identify with the following characteristics? * You hold a Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * You have one year of experience working in administrative positions. * You possess strong communication and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque. * You enjoy working collaboratively in teams.
