ACCIONA, within its WATER business line, requires a student enrolled in the Dual Vocational Training Program (FP Dual) specializing in OHS, to be based at its Erandio offices.**Job Description** The main tasks during the internship include: * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding * Monitoring expatriates (preventive documentation for expatriation) * Managing medical examinations (periodic and for new hires) * Preparing PCMA onboarding documentation * Document control for the Integrated Management System * Supporting tender proposal preparation * Monitoring internal audits * Document control for work-related accidents * Statistical control of PCMA data * Internal data analysis * Monitoring KPIs of the Integrated Management System * Updating and maintaining personnel and workplace databases * Processing invoices and purchase orders * Tracking customer complaints and evaluating customer satisfaction. **Candidate Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Second-year students of the Dual Vocational Training Program (FP Dual) in OHS **Additional Skills** * Advanced Office suite proficiency, POWER BI **Languages** * English: B2 **What We Expect From You** We seek high-potential individuals with strong teamwork capabilities and motivation to grow within an international company.
