




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual for the logistics department, focused on managing import and export processes in the automotive sector, with responsibilities including documentation handling, shipment tracking, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage import and export processes in the automotive sector. 2. Support the resolution of incidents related to goods. 3. Work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. We are looking for an initiative-driven candidate to join the logistics department, specializing in managing import and export processes within the automotive industry. Tasks will include reviewing and archiving commercial documentation—such as invoices and certificates of origin—as well as tracking shipments to ensure full traceability of goods until final delivery. You will be responsible for entering shipment data into the ERP system and maintaining up-to-date supplier databases. It is essential to verify that all documentation complies with import regulations and internal policies to ensure smooth operations. You will also provide support in resolving incidents related to goods. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to a dynamic environment is highly valued. This position offers a temporary contract and a split work schedule from Monday to Friday, combining morning and afternoon shifts to facilitate work-life balance. Minimum one year of demonstrable prior experience in import or logistics departments. Fluent English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Education in Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Candidates with Primary Education, Bachelor’s Degree, Medium-Level Vocational Training, or Higher-Level Vocational Training (FP) qualifications will be considered.
