We seek someone passionate about people and committed to a stable project offering growth opportunities both personally and professionally. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for a Selection Technician for our office in Barcelona. **What will your responsibilities be?** Within the Selection and Development department, you will carry out the following duties: * Recruitment and selection for hiring processes. * Design and implementation of talent development programs, such as tailored learning pathways across different company departments. * Participation in the international internship program (contacting national and international universities, managing internship agreements, attending workshops and job fairs, etc.). * Ensuring compliance with employee evaluation, onboarding, and offboarding systems. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * 1–2 years of professional experience. * Advanced level of English. * Additional languages are valued. **What do we offer?** At Eurostars Hotel Company, you can become part of a leading travel industry company experiencing continuous global growth and expansion, which invests consistently in the professional development of its team.
