Our Equestrian Centre hosts some of the most important equestrian competitions in Europe, offering top-tier facilities in a unique setting. **ABOUT THE POSITION** The Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre seeks to incorporate into its team a person responsible for managing all reservations related to participation in the Centre's events, ensuring proper planning of accommodations, services, and resources for riders, officials, and other participants, with the objective of guaranteeing efficient reservation management and high-quality service to clients and collaborators. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage reservations for riders and horses for each competition, as well as process modifications, cancellations, and changes according to established policy. * Monitor deposits and cancellation conditions, and keep information updated in reservation systems and databases. * Coordinate accommodation reservations (hotels and apartments) for officials, judges, veterinarians, course designers, announcers, and other accredited personnel, arranging transportation when required. * Serve as the primary point of contact for reservation-related inquiries, coordinating with the FEI and other organizations on official planning. * Manage judge and official availability in coordination with the Sports Directorate. * Verify proper receipt of registration forms and maintain up-to-date records of reservations and associated documentation. * Coordinate with Accounting regarding deposit and refund control, with Accreditation regarding participant arrivals, and with Operations regarding resource planning. * Propose improvements to reservation processes and customer service, and prepare periodic reports on occupancy, cancellations, and attendance forecasts. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in reservation management, customer service, or back-office operations, preferably in the hotel, events, or sports sectors. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous reservations. * Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and customer orientation within an international environment. * Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during events. * Languages: + Native-level Spanish is mandatory. + Advanced English is mandatory (for interaction with riders, officials, and international bodies such as the FEI). **WE OFFER** * Integration into a prestigious international sports environment. * Planned start date: September 2026\. * Full-time fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Positive work atmosphere and multicultural team. * Competitive employment conditions and benefits.
