Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre, part of Grupo CHG, is an international benchmark in equestrian competitions and host of the MET (Mediterranean Equestrian Tour), one of Europe’s most prestigious show jumping circuits. Located in a unique seaside setting in Oliva (Valencia), our centre gathers riders, horses, and industry professionals from around the world each season. **About the Position** We are seeking to incorporate into our team a person responsible for managing all health and administrative documentation required for the entry, stay, and exit of horses participating in Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre competitions. The primary objective of this position is to ensure compliance with national and international regulations concerning animal transport, equine health, and horse movements, guaranteeing that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and submitted within established deadlines. This position reports directly to the CEON Director. **Responsibilities** * Verify the health and identification documentation of participating horses, checking the validity of equine passports, health certificates, and other mandatory documents. * Manage the physical and digital filing of all horse-related documentation. * Manage documentation required for the entry and exit of domestic and international horses, processing health certificates, transport permits, and other documentation mandated by current regulations, including requirements arising from Brexit or other customs-related provisions. * Advise riders, owners, and transporters on documentary requirements for competition participation, resolving issues related to health or administrative documentation. * Maintain updated records of horse entries and exits and track pending documentation until full regularization is achieved. * Collaborate with the Reservations, Accreditations, Operations, and Accounting departments, and coordinate with the veterinary team during health controls and official inspections. **Requirements** * Prior experience in document management and administration. * A meticulous, organized individual capable of managing deadlines and documentation under pressure. * Strong communication skills for coordination with official bodies, clients, and internal teams. * Availability during competition weeks, including weekends. * Advanced level of English, given the international nature of the event. **We Offer** * Fixed-term intermittent contract, starting in the weeks prior to the competition season launch (29 September) and continuing until end of April. * The opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to one of Europe’s most prestigious show jumping circuits, the MET (Mediterranean Equestrian Tour). * A unique workplace environment located directly on the seafront in Oliva (Valencia). * Possibility of rehiring in future seasons.
