To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a qualified and committed professional for our front desk. **Your responsibilities:** * Welcoming, registering arrivals (Check\-in) and departures (Check\-out) of our international guests * Providing professional and personalized customer service throughout their stay * Efficiently managing reservations and updating the Property Management System (PMS) * Handling guest complaints and providing direct administrative support to hotel management **Your profile:** * Completed education in hospitality or demonstrable experience working at a hotel front desk * Fluent command of **German** and **Spanish** (proficiency in other languages such as English is considered an advantage) * Proficient use of standard hotel management software and MS Office tools * High level of discretion, reliability, teamwork ability, and strong service orientation **We offer:** * A long-term permanent contract with a stable, tradition-rich company * A professional, international work environment with high regard for employees * Competitive remuneration according to collective agreement and regulated working hours Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,500.00\-€1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
