A person with strong **skills in supervising and coordinating technical area processes** within the **After-Sales department**, capable of **independently resolving day-to-day situations**, and skilled at **identifying workshop needs.** What would be your RESPONSIBILITIES? * **Coordinate and organize processes** within the product department; allocation of group brands and work criteria. * **Coordinate and organize decisions** between the product department and the warranty department. * **Monitor objectives** of the **product and warranty departments.** * Provide **technical support**, when required, to the product and warranty departments. * **Coordinate new projects** to be developed within the department. * Support the warranty department during manufacturer audits. * Support the campaigns department. Written and spoken proficiency tests will be conducted. * **Passion for the automotive industry** and **technical knowledge in automotive engineering.** * **Interest in technology** and its new applications in the automotive sector. * Availability to **travel.** * **Driver’s license category B** Although not mandatory, the following is highly valued: **intermediate-to-advanced level of German.**
