This role is about understanding **why our business converts the way it does, what friction points exist, and what we’ll do about them**. That’s why we’re looking for someone to lead the conversation around value proposition, trust, pricing, brand, and omnichannel experience. You’ll be the *owner* of conversion at Octopus Spain—from the first impression of an ad through to sale, installation, and subsequent cross\-sell. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and international teams, reporting directly to the Growth Manager. We want curious, humble people with ambition to improve every day. ### **\uD83D\uDCAA What You’ll Do at Octopus** * Analyze and optimize the **conversion** of all our funnels—digital and offline. * Redefine the **end-to-end journey**: web → lead → sale → installation → upsell. * Identify **real friction points** (not just surface-level ones). * **Connect** marketing, sales, and operations data to gain a holistic view. * **Design and prioritize** experiments focused on real economic impact. * Propose **improvements** to value proposition, messaging, pricing, bundles, and experience. * Work hand-in-hand with design, product, and international teams. * Build a scalable, continuous experimentation system aligned with business growth. ### **\uD83D\uDCDD What You’ll Need** * 5+ years leading CRO or growth strategies with direct business impact. * Proven experience optimizing complex funnels (ideally eCommerce or hybrid models). * Proficiency in digital analytics (GA4, behavioral tools, CRM). * Ability to connect data to strategic decisions. * Experience in demanding, agile, high-growth environments. * High proficiency in both Spanish and English. \uD83D\uDCA1 Bonus points if… * You’ve worked in high-growth or scale\-up environments. * You have experience with hybrid business models (digital \+ commercial teams). * You’ve optimized complex funnels with multiple touchpoints. * You’re comfortable influencing strategic decisions beyond the digital channel. * **️ Job Conditions** * \uD83C\uDFE0 **Office:** Valencia or hybrid * **\uD83D\uDC4B\uD83C\uDFFC Start date:** Immediate * **\uD83D\uDCDD Contract type:** Permanent * + **Working hours:** Full-time * **\uD83D\uDCB6 Salary:** Wondering about the salary for this role?
