We are currently seeking to hire a JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER for Madrid. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of construction works, ensuring the allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel as specified by the Site Manager (JO). * Carry out monthly measurement of completed work. * Monitor the project’s time schedule, ensuring compliance with planned deadlines, quality, and cost targets. * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, in collaboration with the Safety Technician, to guarantee execution of the Health and Safety Plan. * Supervise the workforce, including both company employees and subcontractors, to ensure achievement of objectives. * Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of the works. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent (officially recognized in Spain). * Interest in learning and working on-site (civil or railway construction), either in the field or with minimal experience as Production Manager.
