Positive working environment We seek a self-employed construction worker with proven experience in renovation and construction projects in the Madrid area. The candidate must be responsible, solution-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Execution of masonry work (partition walls, plastering, flooring, tiling, etc.) * Comprehensive and partial renovations of residential and commercial premises * Preparation of materials and tools * Basic interpretation of blueprints * High-quality finishes and adherence to deadlines * Occasional coordination with other trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) Requirements: * Self-employed status (registered under RETA) * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a construction worker * Occupational Health and Safety Training Course (PRL, 20-hour mandatory course for construction) * Personal tools * Personal vehicle (preferred) * Availability to work in Madrid and surrounding areas * Professionalism, punctuality, and commitment What We Offer: * Stable collaboration based on project volume * Hourly or project-based payment (to be agreed) * Immediate start * Positive working environment How to Apply: Interested candidates may submit contact information, previous experience, and, if possible, photos of completed projects.
