Our mission: help HR optimize time and investment in language training, and enable teams to finally speak English fluently (and without fear). **Requirements:** --------------- **Your role: Student Operations Intern** In your daily tasks, you will: * Participate in managing company-organized training via the FUNDAE platform. * Assist in administering our internal platform, processing enrollments and cancellations for training programs and companies, as well as managing users and follow-up tasks. * Provide customer support in course management and registrations using Zendesk, ensuring fast and effective service. * Collect and analyze data, contributing to team reporting and continuous process improvement. **What you’ll gain from this experience:** * A comprehensive understanding of how a key area operates within a tech company. * Practical knowledge of digital tools such as FUNDAE and Zendesk.
