We seek a profile passionate about development, up-to-date with the JAVA ecosystem, and capable of acting as a technical guide for the team through practical experience and deep code knowledge. **What will you do daily?** * Actively participate in backend development with JAVA, implementing REST APIs and microservice-based architectures. * Analyze user stories and participate in estimations (Planning Poker, T-Shirt Sizing), providing technical insight. * Design technical solutions aligned with architectural standards and best practices. * Serve as a technical reference for specific initiatives, supporting the team in technical decision-making. * Conduct code analysis, review, and validation to ensure technical quality. * Ensure adherence to best practices (clean code, SOLID principles, testing). * Work with frameworks such as Spring / SpringBoot. * Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Collaborate in defining and evolving technical standards and architecture. * Actively work in a team using Scrum methodology, participating in ceremonies and follow-up sessions. **What we look for in you** * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred. * Over 6 years of experience in **JAVA development** (8/17/21\). * Solid experience designing and implementing **REST APIs** and microservice-based architectures. * Experience with **Spring / SpringBoot**. * Knowledge of cloud environments (**AWS**). * Experience in **agile environments** (velocity, burndown). * Experience with **MVN** and **Unit Test**. * Technical profile, up-to-date with technology, and capable of serving as a team reference. **What we offer** Permanent contract with a highly stable group experiencing continuous growth.
