Valid driver's license required. Permanent contract offered, with a gross monthly salary of 1250 euros (variable depending on expertise). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, negotiable, with teleworking possibility. The main responsibility will be coordinating fieldwork teams. The job combines on-site presence with planning and coordination tasks that can be partially performed remotely. Main responsibilities: \- Organization and supervision of forest teams \- Task planning and work progress monitoring. \- Performance, quality, and deadline control. \- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. \- Coordination with technical staff and production managers. * Competencies / Knowledge: Training in forestry management or vocational training programs in this sector. Occupational risk prevention training. Experience as a team leader or supervisor. * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1250
