Collector Technician

Description

We are seeking to incorporate a collector and pumping station technician into our team to ensure the maintenance and proper operation of our collector network serving the various wastewater treatment plants managed by the Segrià Consortium. Responsible for inspecting the collector network and pumping stations. Together with the Collector Officer, carry out scheduled maintenance routes. Specific duties related to pumping stations and the collector network. Responsible for managing the ACA maintenance program to register and properly track all maintenance tasks performed at pumping stations, treatment plants, and collectors. Establish programs guaranteeing the preservation and cleaning of pumping stations, treatment plants, and collectors. Responsible for supplying materials and spare parts. At the start of each shift, review with colleagues any anomalies that may have occurred. Record equipment anomalies reported by Plant Operators. Coordinate cleaning of septic tanks or Imhoff tanks, thickener wells, pump wells, and EBAR wells. Manage liquid sludge transport for the Segrià Group. Coordinate and supervise the work of the Collection Officers. Garden maintenance and herbicide application. Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks. Gardening tasks (pruning, herbicide application, etc.) * Minimum 1 month of experience. Ability to work in a team and demonstrate responsibility. Class B driving license and personal vehicle (preferred). Valued: Occupational risk prevention training. Training in phytosanitary product application (herbicides).
