




We are looking for a chef with a qualification in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. A minimum of two years’ experience preparing authentic Thai food is required. A C1 level in both English and Thai is essential. Main responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of Thai dishes, ensuring a high-quality culinary experience that respects Eastern tradition. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the work area, accurately executing recipes, monitoring inventory levels, managing orders, and preparing ingredients according to established procedures. Teamwork and familiarity with the menu will be highly valued. The position is located in Madrid and offers an indefinite full-time contract with rotating shifts.
