We are currently seeking to hire a **Traffic Operator** for fleet management within our Traffic Department. **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment and collaborative team. * Job stability in a growing company. * Free parking. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including one hour for lunch). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Managing and accepting customer orders. * Planning, monitoring, and optimizing routes using the Frotcom system. * Assigning loads and services to drivers. * Monitoring services and resolving operational incidents. * Searching for available loads in transport exchanges during periods of inactivity. * Managing and marketing loads via transport exchanges. * Monitoring and controlling driving and rest times using Frotcom. * Communicating with customers in cases of incidents or excessive waiting times during loading/unloading. * Planning and coordinating fleet repairs and maintenance with external workshops. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the transportation and logistics sector. * A Higher Vocational Training Degree in Transport and Logistics or equivalent is highly valued. * Knowledge of ERP systems, management software, and TMS systems. * Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan. * Knowledge of additional languages—especially English, French, or German—is highly valued. * Strong organizational skills, ability to resolve incidents, and teamwork capability.
