**We are looking for a highly motivated junior technician passionate about sustainability and the circular economy in the** **habitat sector.** You will participate in innovation projects and activities related to sustainability and the circular economy, and you will take on increasing responsibility. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on other cluster projects such as product and process digitization, user experience analysis (living lab), industrial processes, interihotel, etc. Therefore, we care less about your academic background and more about your technical and management skills and your motivation for innovation. **Essential:**  University degree with a technical focus: engineering, sciences, design, architecture, etc.  Minimum of 2 years of experience as an innovation/sustainability technician in a company, consultancy, or organization.  Good level of English (minimum B2). Fluent written and spoken Spanish. **Highly valued:**  Advanced level of English (C1).  Additional training in sustainability and the circular economy.  Work experience in a business cluster or technological center.  Experience in writing project applications and justifications for funding.  Knowledge of European programs (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon, SMP, etc.). **Valued:**  Master's degree complementing your foundational education.  Good level of Catalan.  Knowledge of the habitat sector. **Responsibilities:** Reporting to the head of the innovation department, you will perform the following tasks:  Management and technical execution of innovation projects, primarily focused on sustainability and the circular economy.  Support in preparing project proposals and justifications.  Liaising with member companies to identify their needs and develop new services. **Contract details:**  Start date: immediate.  Full-time employment contract.  Work location: primarily remote. Residence in Catalonia required.
