Responsibilities: * **Functional analysis and requirements gathering**: Interact with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications. * **System design and configuration**: Analyze the client’s business processes and adapt their operations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard. The functional consultant will be responsible for system configuration and parameterization, provided no custom development is required. If custom development is needed, coordination with the technical team will ensure its implementation. * **Data loading and migration**: Prepare, validate, and import relevant data into the system, ensuring data integrity and consistency. * **End-user training**: Deliver functional training sessions to ensure proper system adoption by end users.
