**Substitution / forecast until January** **FUNCTIONS** * Attend to the public (information and customer guidance) * Monitor the proper functioning of ticket machines, computers, camera monitors, card terminals, telephones, barriers, etc., and report any possible incidents. * Monitor general cleanliness conditions in the parking area and maintain it in optimal cleanliness (removing glass bottles, papers, cardboard, etc.). * Ensure correct vehicle arrangement within the parking lot. * Provide assistance to users when required. * Assist with the parking payment machines. * Record data from vehicles that may have damaged facilities or other parked vehicles, aiming to resolve the issue through their insurance company. * Immediately notify the maintenance supervisor of any damage found in the parking area (damaged barrier, broken machine, lamppost impacts, etc.) if the responsible party was not seen. * Count the change deposited in the cash register at the beginning of the shift, in the presence of the agent ending their shift, and sign the confirmation form. * Report any incidents occurring during each shift to the supervisor and also record them in the observations section of the revenue sheet. **REQUIREMENTS** * Good command of Catalan and Spanish. * Strong ICT skills. * Disability certificate. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Customer-oriented attitude. * Teamwork ability. * Incident resolution capability. * Stress tolerance, self-control, and emotional management. * Empathy. * Service orientation. **WE OFFER** * Job location: Girona * Contract type: Sick leave substitution.
