Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Facility Services division, is selecting a Security Project Manager.**Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to enhance both decision-making processes and project execution through your work. You are responsible for executing service contracts. You plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure services are delivered in line with specifications and established costs. Common responsibilities include: managing contracts, preparing budget estimates, planning and defining service phases, supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff’s and operatives’ activities, verifying work quality throughout all service phases, etc. Responsibilities: * Responsible for security systems projects. In charge of designing and sizing the security system either via floor plans or by collecting data during an initial site survey. * Project cost analysis, including preparation of the economic proposal and detailed cost study. Additionally, equipment selection—covering identification of the most suitable technology for each subsystem, identification of manufacturers, and solicitation of quotations from various suppliers. * Verification that security systems installed at our clients’ premises—by our own personnel and by contracted private security companies—comply with regulations set forth by competent authorities. * Management of security systems suppliers and contractors to meet established deadlines. * Generation of as-built documentation and review of maintenance documentation for installed systems. **Candidate Requirements** Requirements: * Degree in Engineering or in Security-related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the security domain. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, supplier management, and team coordination. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
