An environment that fosters autonomy and professional development We seek a professional to join a team in Mataró and actively contribute to business development and expansion. This position is critical for strengthening relationships with B2B clients and exploring new growth avenues. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of an existing client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. They will handle incoming leads, effectively presenting products and services to meet each client’s specific needs. Additionally, new business opportunities will be identified and developed in collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Experience in B2B sales or account management is required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Additional language proficiency (beyond Spanish, Catalan, and intermediate English) and a valid driver’s license are advantageous. An active client portfolio, qualified leads, and an environment fostering autonomy and professional development will be provided. Temporary contract, part-time hours. Prior experience in B2B sales or account management. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Valid driver’s license. Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
