Main responsibilities include: * Understanding the client's specific needs and requirements, and translating those into architectures and programs that fulfill such needs. * Ensuring that various system and program components operate efficiently and seamlessly together. * Conducting comprehensive and end-to-end testing to guarantee functionality and integrity of designed programs. * Critically analyzing the impact of proposed changes to existing programs, evaluating potential risks and benefits, and recommending appropriate solutions and improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented technological systems. **What do we offer?** * An environment supporting your continued professional growth. * Joining a team with extensive experience and high qualifications. * Participation in projects for major clients. * A positive working atmosphere. * Hybrid work format with two days of remote work per week. * Intensive work schedule on Fridays, during August, and over Easter Week. Minimum Requirements: * Analyst programmer with at least **3 years of experience**. * Knowledge and experience with .NET technology. * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). * Knowledge and experience with GIT repositories. * Object-oriented programming knowledge. * Experience applying SOLID principles and good testing practices (TDD, Unit Testing). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with .NET: + ASP.NET WEBFORMS. + ASP.NET WEBAPI. + WPF desktop applications. + Blazor. * Experience in technical analysis and architecture definition based on .NET technology. * Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies and principles. * Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science, is valued positively. Candidates without university degrees will not be excluded if they demonstrate proven experience and solid programming knowledge.
