We are seeking production staff to work at our Villabona plant, responsible for performing treatments on already-manufactured metal parts. The work is constant and repetitive; therefore, agility, speed, and precision are valued to ensure the final quality of each part. Selected candidates will be meticulous, eager to engage, and maintain a good work pace while consistently demonstrating strong attention to detail. It is essential to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, exhibiting a responsible attitude and firm commitment to job responsibilities. Work is conducted on rotating shifts: morning (7:00–15:00) and afternoon (13:00–21:00). Prior factory experience is appreciated but not mandatory. Availability to cover both shifts is required.
