We need to incorporate a Technical Quality Assistant at the plant of our subsidiary company Saborum, in Vícar (Almería), with the mission of supporting the team. What will you do? \- Carry out process control to ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements as established in the Quality and HACCP manual. \- Supervise that the product meets customer specifications. \- Monitor good practices and compliance with regulations. \- Perform labeling control. \- Conduct internal audits on hygiene, order, and food safety. \- Follow up on action plans arising from incidents or complaints. \- Prepare reports. \- Control records of the HACCP prerequisite program: water potability, cleaning, weights, etc. \- Perform product shelf-life testing. What do we expect from you? \- Medium or higher vocational training in Quality, Food Technology, or related studies. \- Experience in the tomato sector valued. \- Advanced knowledge of the Office suite. \- Knowledge of food and product quality.
