We envision a candidate holding a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. Minimum one year’s experience required in tasks such as contract administration, social security management, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave (medical certificates), and other departmental responsibilities. Moreover, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. This includes posting job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory support and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Vocational Training or University degree; degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology or Law are especially valued. Client- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Immediate availability to start.
