Medium-term technological transition from Delphi to Java Senior Delphi Programmer A technology company with its own product, a leader in its industry, seeks to hire a senior Delphi programmer with the following vision: * Integrate into and gain in-depth knowledge of the features and functionalities of existing solutions * Maintain and implement improvements to solutions developed using the Delphi stack * Participate in data collection processes using Delphi, which will be processed by Power BI applications on Azure Fabric + Azure AI within a Zero Trust Security environment * Participate, in the medium term, in the migration process of Delphi solutions to Java **We seek to collaborate with a candidate who has:** * Application development capability in Delphi with a minimum of 5 years’ experience * Experience developing management applications, visual components, distributed applications, and REST/JSON communication services * Extensive experience with SQL Server * Advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Delphi * Focus on product quality and security * Experience with agile methodologies, using Scrum as a working culture * Emotional intelligence and willingness to actively support and collaborate with colleagues * University degree or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science * Java application development experience is a plus Delphi, REST, JSON, SQL
