Selection Technician

At Senator Hotels & Resorts, we are launching a selection process to fill a vacancy for a **Selection Technician** at our **Central Offices**, located in Roquetas de Mar (Almería). **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Post and manage job openings in our ATS and employment portals. * Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and support hiring processes. * Prepare reports with key candidate information. * Participate in job fairs, *Talent Days*, and employer branding initiatives. * Promote inclusive hiring and collaborate with organizations focused on functional diversity. * Support projects related to workplace climate, performance evaluations, employee benefits, and internal communication. * **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in **HR Management**, **Human Resources**, **Psychology**, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel recruitment. * Intermediate level of **English** (minimum B2). * Proficiency with office tools (Office, Outlook, Canva...). * Proactive profile with professional solidity, empathy, communication skills, and results orientation. **What do we offer you?** * **Permanent** contract. * **Full-time** schedule, from **09:00 to 17:00h**. * Opportunity for **growth** within a dynamic and expanding team. * Active participation in **continuous improvement projects** and **talent development** within the company. * **Exclusive benefits**: discounts at our properties, complimentary stays for your birthday, agreements with financial institutions, and much more!
