If you are passionate about the Distribution sector and want to join an ambitious project within a young, dynamic company with a strong focus on people and a clear vocation towards professional customers, this is your opportunity! **We are looking for a Cashier and Customer Service Coordinator:** Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing reliability and compliance with payment procedures through daily activity coordination and effective team leadership. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Manage the Cashier Team: recruit, onboard and train new employees, support and develop your team members, plan tasks and supervise their performance to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure accuracy in payments, returns and goods control, handle accounting documents related to cash operations, manage incidents, guarantee reliability and compliance with cashier procedures, manage the cash float and assist at checkout counters. Ensure proper customer service by guaranteeing satisfaction, comfort and smooth checkout flow, managing any issues that arise.
