On a daily basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations during your shift, coordinating and supervising personnel and operational processes. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Plan and allocate shift personnel according to client operational requirements. * Supervise daily operations across various warehouse areas (primary, secondary, picking, and lines). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and waste management standards. * Conduct operational follow-up, stock control, and FEFO optimization. * Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. * Ensure proper communication, documentation, and adherence to client requirements. * Participate in operational meetings and substitute for the Service Manager when necessary.
