We are looking for an SQA Engineer to ensure the quality of components and processes from external suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervision, validation of technical documentation, management of non-conformities, conducting audits, and collaborating on continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising the quality of components manufactured by suppliers. * Coordinating corrective and preventive actions with suppliers. * Validating technical documentation, including PAP and APQP. * Managing non-conformities and supplier claims. * Calculating and monitoring quality indicators such as PPM. * Conducting process audits at supplier sites. * Preparing quality reports and follow-ups. * Participating in continuous improvement of the supply chain. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 3\-4 years of proven experience. * Experience in automotive quality within international companies is highly desirable. * Advanced English proficiency; German language skills are a plus. * Experience in procurement is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
