What will your responsibilities be? * Be an ambassador for one of the leading phone brands * Report on brand visibility, presence, and competition at points of sale * Manage the Sales Team * Promote the adoption of new technologies and sales techniques. * Monitor achievement of sales targets. * Provide ongoing training to sales team members. REQUIREMENTS: * Class B driver's license * Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals. * Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Focus on achieving sales objectives and targets * Ability to adapt to changes in the sales environment and customer needs. * Experience in the Telco sector as GPV or extensive retail sales experience. * Availability to travel within the province and surrounding areas. WE OFFER: \- Salary: 24\.000€ gross/year \- fixed \+ 5\.000€ gross/year (commission based on objectives\- variable). * Company car and fuel card. * Laptop. * Mobile phone line. * Daily allowance. * 23 working days of vacation. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
