




At Inmoten Qatar we are hiring an Administrative Assistant to manage the technical and cleaning departments. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in managing housing issues (ideally from insurance agencies) and basic knowledge of maintenance. \* Main Responsibilities Management of technical and cleaning departments Coordination of appointments with property owners and tenants Invoice issuance and administrative control Debt collection and follow\-up on unpaid amounts Direct communication with property managers Purchasing of appliances, inventory management, and expense control Filing, documentation, and administrative support to the team \* Requirements Basic English Experience in handling housing issues (preferably from insurance agencies or property management) Basic knowledge of property maintenance Own vehicle Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good communication and interpersonal skills Focus on departmental objectives \* Desirable Experience with ODOO or other CRM/ERP systems Additional languages Job Type: Full\-time Salary: 1\.200,00€\-1\.500,00€ per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Possibility of permanent contract * Company phone Work Location: On\-site
